 All courses will be held at the ENM
Solutions’ offices, unless otherwise
stated.
Courses are taught in small groups
of up to six students with maximum tutor
support.
Tea, coffee and mineral water are
provided throughout the day, along with a
light lunch.
Comfortable casual clothing should
be worn during the courses. (The atmosphere is
very informal and relaxed.)

complete a short questionnaire. Click here to view.
A Mac or PC will be provided for
use throughout the course. Please inform us of
which computer you prefer to use. If you
prefer to use your own laptop, please let us
know in advance.
You will be given your own folder
covering everything on the course, and some
handy hints and tips for you to refer to
during and after the course.
You will be given a certificate of
attendance at the end of each course, provided
you have attended.
You will be given the tutor’s
direct contact details, which you should feel
free to use for up to six months from when
your course commenced. |

with the booking. Course bookings will
not be confirmed until
full payment is received.

refund policy. Refunds will usually only be
considered if a course has been cancelled by
